Stayed here for a night before the Leavenworth Marathon, as there was no reasonably-priced accommodation available in Leavenworth. Size and style are much as you'd expect from a Best Western. Communication before my stay was good, and the lady at check-in was friendly. Location is fairly convenient- a choice of restaurants in easy walking distance, and you're opposite a shopping mall. Bed was comfortable and bathroom had a good shower. I can't speak to what the breakfast was like, as I have a "nothing new on race day" rule, so appreciated that there was a working, nice-sized fridge in the room. TV had plenty of options and hotel was fairly quiet. Overall, I was very happy with my stay.

Breakfast was as expected and had something for everyone. Barb was quick to replenish any food that was low in volume. The location was good. We loved having the Olive Garden across the street for a great late meal. Mostly we liked Jay who greeted us at check in and Barb who assisted our checkout. Both were so helpful and accommodating. They are both certainly an asset to the hotel and made our stay very enjoyable.

I really enjoyed my stay in SureStay. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The mattress was comfortable as well. There is a laundry room, pool, and hot tub. I didn't use it but it looked nice. The property was clean. I personally like East Wenatchee and so I thought the location was great just across the bridge from downtown.

The place was quiet and clean. Felt safe in the area, convenient location to anything you would need. Room was clean and spacious. The staff and everyone we encountered were super nice.
